Pilates Classes
Want to improve your posture, feel fitter and more flexible? Come to Janey's Pilates for a low impact, balanced workout. Develop an awareness of your body and strengthen your core muscles.

Daytime classes at Giffnock South Church, 4 Greenhill Avenue, G46 6QX.
Tuesdays 10-11am
4 weeks £30 / £8 PAYG.
This class is suitable for most levels of ability.
Evening Classes in the Dance Studio at Williamwood High School, Eaglesham Road, G76 8RF.
Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm
6 weeks £45
Member of the Pilates Foundation.
