Pilates group matwork classes with a Stott Pilates certified instructor.

Pilates is a great training option for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. It helps to improve posture and alignment, improves flexibility and strengthens abdominals and pelvic floor.

Beginner Pilates Monday 10.00am-11.00am
Beginner Pilates Tuesday 6.30am-7.30pm
Intermediate Pilates Tuesday 7.45pm-8.45pm

Maximum of 8 in a class.
