Hatha Yoga
Weekly yoga classes and 1 to 1 sessions. Monthly yoga for menopause.

Hatha yoga works with the body, the breath and the mind to bring us back to a unified whole. We aim to de-stress, reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, find balance, increase stamina and strength, restore mental, physical and emotional energy. As well as working with yoga postures, we practise different breathing techniques, meditation, restorative relaxations and yoga nidra. 1 to1 classes are tailored to suit the needs of the individuals. **No previous experience of yoga is required.

Hatha Yoga - Wednesdays 7.45 to 9 pm @The Moon Rooms, Newton Mearns
Hatha Yoga - Thursdays 7 to 8.15 pm @Orchardhill Parish Church, Giffnock.
1 calendar month £40
Drop-in £12.50
Yoga for Menopause - Monthly - Fridays 7 to 9 pm @The Moon Rooms, Newton Mearns.
£25 per session
1 to 1 class - £45 per hour, discount available on block bookings.

Usui Reiki Healing
What is Reiki?
Reiki is the name given to a system of natural healing used for stress reduction, relaxation and healing, administered by ‘laying on hands’. If one's energy is low, then we will likely feel stressed or become sick, if it is high, we are more capable of being healthy and happy. People who practise Reiki are generally more positive, relaxed, energised and happier.
To celebrate the start of summer, there is currently a discounted offer of £30 for 30 mins and £45 for 60 mins
