Whitecraigs Rugby Club was founded in 1928 in response to the need for an open rugby dub in the south-side of Glasgow, and the team played its first game on 15th September 1928 at Deaconsbank.

The aim of the Club is to continue to strengthen all areas of Rugby, and our other core sports, from Junior to Senior level while offering a lifetime pathway into sport, friendship and camaraderie.

We also aim to expand our range of core sports in continued partnership with East Renfrewshire Council and the Scottish Rugby Union.

Rugby
Catering for the whole range of age groups and levels from the 1st XV to the Micros, our 22 acre site hosts 3 well engineered rugby pitches and a modern, flexible clubhouse that provides an ideal place to develop Rugby talent and allow the club to compete at the highest level.

Squash Facilities
In our dedicated Squash facility, complete with 2, top spec glass back courts, changing rooms and a viewing gallery – Whitecraigs has a thriving Squash section competing in National & Regional leagues and also providing a sociable relaxed environment to play Squash in.
