Consultant Jackie has lost an amazing 7 stone without ever going hungry. Jackie says "I tried every diet there was, would lose a bit of weight but then ended up putting it back on again once the deprivation set in. In the end I stopped believing I was ever going to be slim and just thought I'm meant to be bigger - if only I knew then what I know now! Slimming World is so different to everything else out there. I didn't get to almost 19 stone because I don't like food and with Slimming World I've been able to live my life, lose weight without ever going hungry or feeling I'm missing out. Its never too late to get started, I've got members approaching their 80's who have lost over 4 stone and we even offer free membership to 12-15 year olds ensuring the next generation live longer and healthier lives. Its a great atmosphere in group with members supporting each other all the way to target so what are you waiting for come along and join us now and take the first step to a new slimmer healthier you.
