Park Facilities
There is a very popular Trim Tail circuit running through the park. The trail has different pieces of gym equipment to exercise all your muscle groups. You can enjoy a jog or walk through the park between each exercise station. The trail is a breath of fresh air and a great excuse to get outside allowing you to do as much or as little as you like.

There is a large children's play ground with a good range of modern equipment.

The Park has original Edwardian features including a fountain and formal gardens.

Tennis courts and coaching
The 6 tennis courts are open every day from the beginning of April to the end of September.

The courts are free to use.

Over the summer months there is free tennis coaching for young people. These are drop in sessions with all equipment is supplied so you don't need to book a place or have a tennis racket.
