Hatha yoga sessions for every body. I offer a range of group classes and 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 sessions of general hatha yoga for every body, hatha yoga for women and hatha yoga for menopause. Hatha yoga works with the body, the breath and the mind to bring us back to a unified whole. We aim to de-stress, reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, find balance, increase stamina and strength, restore mental, physical and emotional energy.
In group classes, as well as working with yoga postures, we practise different breathing techniques, meditation, restorative relaxations and yoga nidra. In 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 classes, the sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the individuals.
Weekly Classes: These sessions are organised in blocks of 6/7 weeks throughout the year. The practice is developed over the course of the block allowing participants to work within their own range of abilities and needs. No previous knowledge or experience of yoga is required to attend any of these classes. Attending the entire block is most beneficial and is encouraged though drop in classes are also available. Typical 6 week block £54, Calendar month £40, Drop-in £12.50

1 to 1 and 2 to 1 sessions: After an initial free consultation, classes are planned around the specific needs of the individual. These sessions develop movement, breathing, meditation, relaxation over the course of a month/block. Per session £50 (1 to 1) £70 (2 to 1)

Monthly Classes: Once a month I run a hatha yoga for menopause circle. This 2 hour session focuses on reducing symptoms of menopause such as anxiety, hot flushes, aching joints, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog and so on. We have time for a chat about all things menopause, beneficial posture practice, breathing practice, restorative posture practice, meditation and yoga nidra/deep relaxation bringing more balance, peace, calm and energy. Per session £20 booked in advance/ £25 drop in.
Fridays (once a month) 7 to 9 pm @ The Moon Rooms, Newton Mearns.
