The 121st Clarkston Glasgow Scout Group has been in the heart of Clarkston for over 60 years.
There are currently about 200 members, both boys and girls, within the group and we offer these members fun, friendship and help them to realise their own potential.
There are at present three Beaver Colonies, two Cub Packs, one Scout Troop and an Explorer Unit that meet in the hall during the week.
The aim of scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
The method of achieving the aim is through the provision of exciting and adventurous activities with progressive training based on the scout promise and law guided by adult leadership.
The Include Me 2 Club is a weekly youth club for 12 - 17 year olds who have additional support needs / disability / mental health condition / are isolated.
