On April 13th, hop aboard our bus and journey back in time with local historian and author Susan Hunter.
This brand new extended bus tour will take passengers around the inner circuit of Whitelee Windfarm and look at the archaeological remains of features dating back to before the 1789 John Ainslie Farm Plans including the original trackways across the moors, farming settlements, cultivation, sheepfolds, dams and covenanting monuments. (alighting from the bus for a better view if and where possible)
The tour will last approx 1.5hrs and will start and end from the Visitor Centre.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
