An informal, informative menopause awareness evening with guest speakers sharing information on the various stages of the Menopause. Both medical and holistic approaches will be discussed and there will be an opportunity to ask questions. In addition, there will also be a number of local health experts on hand to talk to you 1-2-1 .
Remember - No matter where you are on your menopause journey you are not alone so join us on Friday 28 February.
