Nestled in a serene setting, this retreat offers a sanctuary for reflection, renewal, and connection.
Over the course of the day you’ll experience deeply restorative yoga, guided meditations, sound bath and workshop designed to align with the natural rhythms of autumn. Our practices will help you ground yourself, let go of what no longer serves you, and set new intentions for the months ahead.
Enjoy outdoor activities that celebrate the season, from a mindful walk to a cozy gathering by the fire. Connect with a like-minded community, share in thoughtful conversations, and savor nourishing food.
This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, tune into your inner light, and prepare yourself for the quieter months ahead. Whether you’re seeking rejuvenation, introspection, or simply a peaceful escape, our Autumn Yoga Retreat will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter.
Spaces are limited—reserve your spot today and join us for a transformative journey this autumn.
Retreat is held outdoors with a purpose erected bell tent however due to the nature of the weather suitable clothing will be required for outdoors, bring an extra layer :)
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
