This is a small group of women in a safe space where you can come and reconnect with yourself, restore energy and give yourself that essential 'me time'.
During these sessions we move through gentle practices which can alleviate menopausal symptoms, such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, stress, anxiety, aching joints, menorage, brain fog.
This session is £20 if booked in advance (min 24 hours) and £25 drop in. - Contact Jane directly to book your place.
