Journey - an eight-week exploration of the beautiful practice of meditation, suitable for the absolute beginner and for those with an established practice
Including:
How to sit for meditation
Techniques to assist in quietening the chatty mind
Concentration practices helping with focus
Breathwork
Gratitude for heart and mind coherence
Relaxing the body and mind in preparation for meditation
Meditations – guided meditations exploring levels of consciousness
Move the body
Grounding practices
Techniques to set up a regular practice / deepen an existing practise
