Join us for the next Sound Bath session in Giffnock and unfurl into a world of deep, restorative rest and rebalance through the power of Therapeutic Sound.

Immerse in the harmonious sounds, vibrations and frequencies of various time honoured sacred instruments including 432Hz Crystal Singing bowls, Himalayan Singing bowls, Handpan, Gong, Ocean Drum, Shamanic Drumming, Shruti Box, Koshi Chimes, Tambura, Flow Chimes, Native American Flutes and soft sung channeled mantra vocals. and allow yourself to be transported into to a state of profound calm and inner peace.
