About Introduction to Front Crawl Swimming in Open Water

Keen to try Front crawling in Open Water?

Beginner Front Crawl
Thursday the 23rd June 6-7pm
East Renfrewshire

This session is ideal for people that have already been open water swimming mainly in breaststroke and have never put their head under the water, people training for first open water event, dippers who want to get more from their time in the water. It is also suitable for beginners as long as they are experienced swimmers.

Putting your face in the cold water can be quite an anxious time so step by step guidance will be given.

Working in a very small group, it will be a friendly and relaxed experience working through techniques for front crawl swimming in open water and building confidence.

1 hour session with time in the water between 30-40 minutes and wetsuit required if never been in cold water.
