The ‘hands-on’ class will take place on our top lawn, set within the relaxing grounds of Greenbank Estate. During the class there will be a demonstration, and then you will choose your plants to make your own basket.
Package: £55.00 includes a brand-new hanging basket, all your compost, and free rein to choose from a beautiful selection of plants. You will also be provided with a hot drink to keep your energy levels high throughout the class. Our Head Gardener will be leading a private tour of the garden, giving you a chance to ask all those questions you've been saving up!
This is an ideal workshop for all gardeners wanting to be inspired and learn more about creating and caring for hanging baskets. From hardware to plant choice, our Head Gardener will explain how to get the best results, using traditional and sometimes unusual plants and techniques.
Warm clothing and your own gardening gloves are advisable.
Run time: 10am – 1pm.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
