Join our fun, friendly classes on Monday mornings, 10am to 11am. Led by a fully qualified tutor and suitable for all ages and abilities. £3 per session, pay as you go.
Tai Chi Chuan is an exercise for the body and mind, offering a way to achieve a state of natural relaxation. It promotes stress reduction and improves balance, flexibility and strength.

To cover tuition costs a donation of £3 per session is suggested. We may be able to offer some discretionary spaces; please enquire at time of booking.
