Register your child for primary school
Parents with children starting primary school this August are being reminded they need to register them next week.

East Renfrewshire Council has set up one week for registration, Monday 12 to Friday 16 January.
Parents should go along to their local school any day between 1.30 and 3.30pm.
This is for children who will be aged five between 1 March 2015 and the end of February 2016.
Documents needed to register boys and girls are their birth certificate, child benefit statement, a copy of a current council tax notice, and mortgage statement or rental agreement.
Schools will accept driving licences, utility bills and bank statements if any of these are unavailable.
Children can be registered for either their local non-denominational or denominational school. This will determine what high school they move on to.
You should register at your catchment school, even if you intend to make a placing request to another school, or defer your place for a year.
And even if you intend to educate your child privately or at home, you must still register.
