The Insideout Theatre school will open next month at Langside College's 1568 Theatre studios. We are inviting participants from 6-18 years old to come along and partake in our Saturday classes(12-1.30pm-6-11 year olds & 2-3.30pm-12-16 year olds) in Acting, Singing, Dance and Musical Theatre.
The theatre school will open on Saturday 15th September, but all participants must register for a place by Saturday 1st September. Places are likely to fill up fast, so please call 07980 121 728 to get on the appropriate class list or email info@insideoutproductions.co.uk
The classes are jam packed with Singing, Dancing , Acting ,Musical Theatre, and led by industry professionals. We will also be having special workshops with our Insideout supporters throughout the term, including River City's Gary Lamont and Pamela Byrne. Other friends/supporters ,of the new Theatre school, that will be giving sessions throughout the year will be Britain's Got Talent's Edward Reid, Leah MacRrae(Gary Tank Commander) Agent Paul Michael(KSA) and Laura Donnelly, currently casting associate at National Theatre of Scotland.
Edward Reid commented “I believe that the Insideout Theatre School will be making the youth in Scotland believe in themselves. I am very excited about this school.”
Lamont Commented”It is really important to use our professional experiences and share them with youngsters that want to branch out into the field!”
End of term shows will be presented in the 1568 Theatre for friends and family to come along and see the results of each term.
Insideout Theatre school is set up to develop talent and self confidence in Scottish youth.
