Join us on Wednesday 6th February for our next Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) which runs for two hours weekly starting at 7.00-9.00pm in Mearns Castle Golf Academy.
This 8 week secular course also includes a Retreat Day of Practice between weeks 7 and 8 and a post course two hour follow up session. The course is delivered by Cultivating Mindfulness, a registered charity SC048634 and is recognised in the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations and meets the UK Good Practice Guidelines. A certificate is presented upon completion of this eight week mindfulness meditation course.
THE MBLC curriculum consists of;

The cost of this eight week course is £7.83 per hour over 23 hours of Mindfulness Training that includes eight two hour weekly sessions, a Retreat Day of practice and a post course follow up session and costs £180 in total. Payment options are available and concession rate spaces are available where cost is a barrier to attendance. Our 8 week Mindfulness Introduction Course members wishing to deepen their practice can join this Mindfulness Association course at a discounted rate of £130.
You will also receive a copy of the Mindfulness Based Living Course plus guided audio meditations to support your practice each week and phone and email support where required. The course is experiential in nature and includes opportunities for reflection and sharing and ideal for parents, professionals and individuals juggling parenting and working.
