Brand new 6 week Mindful Parenting course!
Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, the course will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn't), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help you raise your children the way you'd like to.

The practical bits:
The course will offer you a Wee Retreat from actual parenting for 6 weeks starting Friday 23rd February 9.30 - 11.30am. Tea, coffee & homemade cakes will be served!

Suitable for those new to mindfulness as well as those with experience. Designed for parents with children from nursery- secondary school age in general.
Led by parent of two, mindfulness meditation teacher & educational psychologist Vicky Kakos.
In order to fully experience the benefits of the course, participants are encouraged to attend all 6 sessions and complete daily home practice between each session.
