About Mindfulness Meditation - Developing Your Practice
Designed for those who have done a beginners course in mindfulness meditation and wish to continue to develop their practice the 5 week block will offer:
-different guided meditations each week
-discussion and time for questions on mindfulness and your meditation practice
-time for a wee cuppa to socialise with and support like minded people
-suggested home practice to help you bring mindfulness into your daily lives
-the chance to meditate with others on a regular basis
Please note the beginners course does not need to have been through The Wee Retreat; if you know the basics and have some experience of mindfulness meditation and would like to develop your practice you are welcome to join us! If you would like to come and are unsure if its for you or not, please do not hesitate to contact us.
