If 5k runs or the latest muddy fitness challenge are not for you. Or, if you just like the idea of meeting more people within your community and improving your fitness and wellbeing at the same time, then the community Walk the Block Event is your next step - literally!

Take part for free as we set off walking around the local area for an hour or so. If you're a buggy pusher, older member of the community or even a younger member who would just like the exercise and the chat, then please come along.

We meet at the entrance to Clarkston Hall car park. Look for the Walk the Block sign.

Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
